Math: We are wrapping up our multiplication. Show What You Know = next week!
Statistics: We are collecting data and making bar graphs, and stem and leaf plots. We used manipulatives around the room and organized them in different ways to build a variety of bar graphs.  Today I collected data by counting how many knee jumps each kid can do in a minute. They will form questions and collect their own data next week....Data Carnival!

Phys. Ed: Skipping! Individual skill building!

Science: We learned about moon phases, and gained an understanding of Equinox and Solstice.

Read Aloud: Ask me about A Rover's Story- we are learning about a new character, Journey.

Art: We started a science-based art project. The students are working together in their groups to design and construct a mobile that shows the moon phases and the earth which the moon orbits.

Health: We learned about consent and boundaries with the Restart Program.
We learned that boundaries are different for EVERYONE and they can change day-to-day, time-to-time. We practiced how to say NO to peer pressure through a fun game of Jenga!
