"We learned how to make a lot of things, like the regions. We saw the pictures with clouds, water, trees so we tried to make it with Makerspace things." Beyan

"We did art about regional maps. There were seven groups and there were all different regions. We used acrylic paint, water colour paint, watercolour crayons and pastels. We had to draw something to tell you about our region." -Nehal

Our Math Task: Create a "Climate zone" on a coordinate plane, then create questions based on your drawing! 



Phys. Ed: Soccer games! Focus= teamwork, improving our skills (passing, using feet to control the ball, and blocking the other team) . 

Social Studies: Region analysis - What are some common features of each region? 

Art: Now try to use these pictures as inspiration to create a regional art piece. Medium choices: Acrylic paint, water colour paint or pencil crayon, and oil pastel. Finishing touches = sharpie. 



Writing: Research a region with Ms. Mundy, then take notes on the region together. Finally, we are building our paragraphs. We focused on the Arctic region!
